These draft Terms govern use of FearlessGiveaway.com, operated by [Fearless Life nonprofit — exact legal entity pending verification]. Each giveaway also has its own Official Rules. If these Terms and a giveaway's Official Rules conflict about that giveaway, the Official Rules control.
1. Accounts
You need an account with a valid email you control. Keep sign-in codes private. One person may hold only one account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Eligibility to use the site
The site is currently open to adults 18 and older. Giveaway eligibility (age, location, and other requirements) is set in each giveaway's Official Rules. [Minor participation terms pending attorney approval; not currently open.]
3. Fraud and duplicate accounts
Creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, false information, or manipulating entries is prohibited. We review possible duplicate or suspicious activity by human review; shared households or networks are not automatically treated as fraud. Confirmed violations may lead to disqualification.
4. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or the Official Rules. A suspended account earns no new entries while suspended. Decisions are recorded and may be reviewed on request at contact@fearlesslife.com.
5. Giveaway participation
Entry methods, entry amounts, dates, prize details, winner selection and notification are governed by the Official Rules for each giveaway. Entries open only when announced on the giveaway page.
6. Merchandise purchases
Merchandise is sold through the Fearless Life shop powered by Shopify, subject to its shipping, return and refund policies. Any entries linked to purchases are described in the Official Rules; refunded merchandise reverses linked entries. [No-purchase-necessary disclosure pending attorney approval.]
7. Donations
Donations are processed by Stripe. [Statements about tax treatment, refunds of donations, and any donation-linked entries pending attorney approval.]
8. Content and intellectual property
The Fearless Life name, logos, slogan "Make Your Life Legendary", photos and site content belong to Fearless Life or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fearless Life is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, technical failures, or lost entries caused by outages. [Liability language pending attorney approval.]
