The official rules for Fearless Giveaway promotions are being finalized with legal counsel and will be published here before any live drawing takes place. Nothing on this page is final or binding.
Below is a plain-language outline of how the giveaway is planned to work. Items in [brackets] are decisions still waiting on attorney approval. None of these features are active for live drawings yet.
1. Free entry with the Fearless Pledge
Members who take the Fearless Life pledge on FearlessLife.com, have an activated membership, and pass the quiz for a specific giveaway receive 10 free entries for that giveaway — once per member per giveaway. The pledge and quiz may be completed in either order. Creating an account, buying merchandise, or donating does not earn these 10 entries.
2. Free alternative method of entry (no purchase necessary)
A free mail-in or similar method will give the same entry opportunity as purchases or support payments. [Method, address, entry amount per request, and limits awaiting attorney approval.]
3. Merchandise entries
Eligible merchandise purchases from the Fearless Life shop earn entries at [1 entry per $1 of merchandise], applied to the giveaway chosen at checkout and the account signed in. Shipping, tax, and gift cards do not earn entries. Refunded merchandise removes the matching entries.
4. Support payment entries
Support payments through Fearless Giveaway earn promotional entries at [1 entry per $1]. Support payments are not described as tax-deductible. Refunds approved by Fearless Life remove the matching entries.
5. Eligibility

8. Drawing procedure
After entries close, one winner is selected at random from all eligible confirmed entries. Each entry has an equal chance. Test entries, cancelled entries, and disqualified entrants are excluded. A permanent record of the drawing is saved and cannot be changed.
9. Winner verification and notification
The potential winner is contacted, verified for eligibility, and may be asked to sign an affidavit and release. [Response deadline and alternate-winner process awaiting attorney approval.]

To keep the giveaway fair, Fearless Giveaway checks for duplicate or automated accounts. When you sign in we record a scrambled (pseudonymized) version of your network address and a random browser identifier — never the raw values — and delete them after 90 days. Only authorized administrators can see fraud review information. Automated checks never disqualify anyone or remove entries on their own; a person reviews every flagged account.
