Adult account creation asks for first name, last name and email. Existing members can complete their names in My Profile without registering again. Adult free-entry contact details include a phone number; entry opening remains disabled, and this requirement needs attorney review before activation. Contact details are private to the member and authorized administrators. They do not change merchandise or donation attribution. No promotional text-message consent is collected. We do not store birth dates; if an age check is shown, an age group is calculated.

You sign in with a six-digit code or secure link sent to your email. Cloudflare Turnstile helps screen automated sign-in requests; it is not proof of identity or age. Codes expire after 10 minutes and sign-in requests are rate-limited.

To confirm your Fearless Pledge, we check your email against member records on FearlessLife.com. We read whether a membership and pledge record exist and the related dates; we never change your FearlessLife.com account.

Purchases are processed by Shopify. We receive order details such as order number, items, amounts, checkout email, and refunds, so we can credit or reverse giveaway entries. We do not receive your full card number.

Donations are processed by Stripe. We receive the amount, payment status, refunds, and your account link. Card details stay with Stripe. Donation totals are visible only to authorized administrators. [Tax-deductibility statement pending attorney review — none is made.]

To protect fair giveaways we record pseudonymized (one-way hashed) network and device identifiers when you sign in, and whether an email domain is disposable. These are viewable only by administrators, are used for human review only, and are deleted after 90 days. Shared households or networks are never automatically disqualified.

We use cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the security check. Service providers include our hosting/database provider, Cloudflare Turnstile, Shopify, Stripe, and our email delivery provider. We send account emails (sign-in codes, welcome) and entry confirmations. Giveaway announcements are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time; your choices are recorded with a date.

Winner information stays private until an administrator approves publication. Publicity use is subject to the Official Rules and any signed publicity release, where permitted by law.

Participation by anyone under 18 is not open. The adult contact form is not a consent method or proof of adulthood; known minor or age-review accounts cannot save adult contact details. No child-operated under-13 phone collection is authorized. Parent-managed contact and teen contact procedures must be approved before collection is enabled. Fraud signals: 90 days. Entry history, orders, donations and audit records are kept as permanent records needed to prove fair drawings and for financial records. [Account retention period after closure pending attorney/organization decision.]

You may request a copy of your information, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@fearlesslife.com. We will verify your identity by email before acting. Some records (entries, orders, donations, audit history) may need to be kept to meet legal and giveaway-integrity obligations. [State-specific rights and response timelines pending attorney review.]

Personal contact access is restricted to the member and authorized administrators. Entry changes and legal approvals use audited actions. No security measure eliminates all risk.
